May I suggest gentle walking at a nearby lake or nature preserve?

but it is also very good for the soul…

especially if you walk somewhere you experience wonder and beauty!

I’m also curious…do you notice a difference in your energy levels when you walk or jog in nature vs. exercise at the gym?

What differences do you notice physically, emotionally, mentally, spiritually?
