I encourage women to take steps toward confidence, joy, and divine rhythm..so they can find wholeness, healing, and a heart intertwined with the love of God. I am a trauma survivor and autoimmune/chronic illness warrior. I love to share the resources and wisdom I have gained through my personal transformative journey. In 2018, I was saved by grace and accepted Jesus into my heart, and decided that Christ alone is enough for me. I love gardening and being outdoors in nature. The lake is my favorite place in the city. I miss the beaches of Southern California. My creative outlets are writing, photography, and abstract painting. For movement, I enjoy yoga, walking, jogging, biking, and dancing.

Just Breathe…

Let go of anger.
Let go of resentment.
Let go of negativity.
Let go of fear.

Let obsession and worry go.

They lock you into suffering and pain.

Breathe in gratitude.
Breathe out hope.
Breathe in faith.
Breathe out love.

Hold space until you can feel God within.

I promise freedom and grace.

The peace that surpasses all understanding will come.

Your breath is powerful.
God will meet you where you are.
Your breath is a great place to start!
